Learn how to create your own work of art in this 2 hour lino fabric
printing workshop.
Whether you are completely new to Lino or you’ve done it before, this is
the perfect opportunity to create an original artwork that you’ll be
proud to hang on your wall.
Led by Becky Long-Smith, a creative and educator who has been teaching
in the arts for over a decade. She will show you how to create prints in
exactly the same way professional printmakers do. By breaking down the
process into easy to follow steps, you’ll learn how accessible this
medium really is.
Create your own designs and print onto fabric in this two hour workshop.
All materials will be provided.
You will have as much (or as little) guidance as you need from
experienced art and design tutor, Becky Long-Smith.
Come and learn a new skill for the new year, have a little ‘me time’,
meet like-minded people or catch-up with friends whilst creating your
one-of-a-kind artwork.
Please bring either your e-ticket or your printed ticket.

Foundry will be a Carbon Neutral company by the end of 2021. We have just this week established our carbon footprint following a project that we have been working on for the past few months in conjunction with the University of Sheffield who provided a paid intern to help us.
We are now looking at the best ways of offsetting our emissions, which is likely to be a combination of funding some carbon reducing activities locally and in one of the coffee producing countries that we buy out beans from. We’re off to Manchester Coffee Festival (https://www.cupnorth.co.uk/talks-2021) at the beginning of November to talk about how we went about this work and we’re hoping to inspire other small businesses to do the same.
