Bank holidays are usually one of three things: DIY panic, last-minute beach trips, or pretending you don’t have work on Tuesday.
This year, we added a fourth option: the Boogie Bank Holiday. Our first-ever live music takeover designed to bring festival energy without the mud.
The Morning: Tie-Dye and Tiny Creatives
We kicked things off with a kids’ tie-dye workshop…because nothing says “festival season” like small humans proudly waving psychedelic T-shirts while their parents sipped coffee and wondered how the colours got everywhere.
Our saxophonist, Paul, managed to turn a bank-holiday afternoon into something that suspiciously resembled a beach club in Ibiza. He’s already booked in for our next event because you asked. Loudly.
We launched a £15 wristband deal for 3 cocktails…a neat little hack that worked out to £5 a drink. This ‘VIP Boogie Badge’ was the secret that let our guests enjoy the bank holiday properly.
