Welcome to Flying Dog’s spring showcase pop up dinner.
The Dinner will be hosted at the Cutlery Works Sheffield, in the incredible new back room that used to be Bullion’s chocolate factory.
I mean what could be more indulgent than dining in a chocolate factory? I know right and some of that very same chocolate will also be on the menu!
A lot of these premium ingredients we will be using are only available for a very short season and we’re so excited to be able to present them to you at their peak.
The evening will kick off with locally baked bread, beautiful hand patted butter, sea crack & snacks, before being guided through dishes celebrating early spring.
There’s a whole lot of dishes to try, but we’re in no rush and we’d like guest’s coming to really unwind, enjoy the food, enjoy the company they’re with and wholeheartedly have a relaxing evening just for them.
Ingredients aside the idea behind all the dishes on the menu, are flavours and techniques that Callaghan has accumulated over the last two decades. A lots of these dishes he would say provoke a memory of a certain time or place and his hope is to share a little piece of his journey with you.
