In this converted cutlery factory, you can sample a whole host of different cuisines from the 14 different vendors located here.  Konjo offers up a Scandi-Japanese mashup all cooked over open fires, while China Red makes authentic Szechuan cuisine. Plus, there’s Nashville-style chicken, sushi, pizza, Mexican, Thai and burgers. The chocolate counter Bullion is incredible and stocked nationwide, while local coffee roasters Foundry serve up some of the best brews in the city.
